2026-09-20 version

Snapshot taken during the 2026-09-20 audit

The version published before the 2026 audit. That audit updated the AGENTS.md box on the portability slide (Claude Code now reads the file directly, with the one-line import as the fallback) and added one sentence to the metrics-driven refinement box: decision models such as TypeSafe’s Jev now score variants against the rubric in milliseconds, so the eval gate keeps pace with the loop. The same day’s editorial pass added Cursor to the harness list on slide 06 to match slide 10, qualified “idea to live URL in an hour” with “once the system is set up”, attributed the Miro figure to one named engineer, and tightened five slide lines.
