2026-09-20 version

Snapshot taken during the 2026-09-20 audit

The version published before the 2026 audit. That audit updated step 4 (Claude Code reads AGENTS.md directly; the bridge file stays as the belt-and-braces move), noted Anthropic’s default installer alongside the npm route in step 1, and added one sentence to the verification step’s pointer into the playbook, naming decision models such as TypeSafe’s Jev as the newest verifier a loop can use. The same day’s editorial pass added the missing step 12 checkpoint and the missing step 2 row in the closing map, made the cost sentence harness-neutral, counted the paid agent plan among the prerequisites, and cut four rhetorical setups.
