How the Conversational Design Systems executive brief has changed over time. Each entry preserves an earlier published version; the live brief stays canonical.
The version published before the 2026 audit corrected the size of the runnable reference implementation. Slide 12 described corredor-control-plane as four hundred lines, and its stat block read ~400; a fresh clone measures 486 lines of TypeScript across src/, so both now read five hundred, matching the correction the book received in the previous audit.
The version published before the 2026 audit added Google's A2UI protocol to the core-model slide as external convergence: A2UI has agents emit interfaces against a governed component catalog, the standards-track form of the book's separation between owned meaning and generated expression.
