2026-09-20 version
The version published before the 2026 audit. That audit dropped a wrong year from the A2UI mention and made two small additions: the interpret-and-admit step of the control-plane flow now names the intent as a typed choice with confidence, and the runtime-cost box notes that decision models such as TypeSafe’s Jev answer bounded gate questions in milliseconds. The same day’s editorial pass corrected the law count, the incidents slide’s “with lawyers involved”, three source lines that cited section headings as chapter titles, and the “$0 of runtime AI” stat, and introduced Corredor where the deck first names it.
2026-08-23 version
The version published before the 2026 audit corrected the size of the runnable reference implementation. Slide 12 described corredor-control-plane as four hundred lines, and its stat block read ~400; a fresh clone measures 486 lines of TypeScript across src/, so both now read five hundred, matching the correction the book received in the previous audit.
2026-07-09 version
The version published before the 2026 audit added Google's A2UI protocol to the core-model slide as external convergence: A2UI has agents emit interfaces against a governed component catalog, the standards-track form of the book's separation between owned meaning and generated expression.
